Professor Patrik Lindskoug is Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law and Senior Lecturer in Private Law at the Department of Law.

The Lund Students' Pedagogical Prize is awarded for outstanding contributions to education. This year, Patrik Lindskoug at the Department of Law is one of two laureates.

The Vice-Chancellor appoints the prize winner based on proposals from the student unions. This year, Senior Lecturer Patrik Lindskoug at the Department of Law and Senior Lecturer Oriana Quaglietta Bernal at the Department of Sociology are the winners of the Pedagogical Prize for excellent teaching achievements.

In order to receive the Lund Students Pedagogical Prize, a teacher must, among other things, promote the relationship with the students in a positive way, demonstrate responsibility for the pedagogical development and also link the teaching of current social issues.

From the nomination:

Patrik is described as a teacher who always has the students' perspective in mind and together with his great enthusiasm for his subject, it creates a very fun and educational environment in the lecture hall. Patrik is good at intertwining theory and practice in his teaching by clearly exemplifying, which leads to students being able to apply what they have learned in concrete situations. Patrik is described as approachable and responsive to the students' thoughts and opinions, something he then uses to improve his pedagogy and course structure.

Congratulations to the award winners!

The Teaching and Learning Prize will be awarded at the University's Annual Celebration on 26 January 2024.
