Heikki Pihlajamäki is awarded the Gad Rausing Prize

The Royal Swedish Academy of Letters, History and Antiquities has decided to award its most prestigious prize, the Gad Rausing Prize for Outstanding Humanities Research, to our honorary doctor Professor Heikki Pihlajamäki (Helsinki). All prizes and medals are awarded at the Academy’s Annual Meeting on 20 March, to mark its foundation in 1753.
