Nominating Committee
The representatives for academically qualified teaching staff are:
- Professor Ulrika Andersson
- Professor Xavier Groussot
- Professor Vilhelm Persson
- Senior Lecturer Britta Sjöstedt
The representatives for other staff are:
- Education Coordinator Anna Wiberg
The deputy representatives for academically qualified teaching staff are Senior Lecturer Per Nilsén and Postdoctoral Researcher Anna Zemskova. The deputy representative for other staff is Internationalisation Manager Louise Hultqvist.
The Nominating Committee’s task is to submit proposals for members of the Faculty of Law Board, the Dean and Vice-Dean, and the faculty’s representatives on the University Council.
At the Faculty of Law, the Nominating Committee is also tasked with proposing candidates for:
- members of the Teaching Appointments Committee, the Committee for Third-Cycle Education and the Committee for First- and Second-Cycle Education
- Vice-Dean
- Head of Department, Deputy Head of Department and Assistant Head of Department
- the Director of Studies for undergraduate and advanced level education and the Director of Studies for postgraduate education.
The staff organisations may each appoint a representative, who is granted the right to attend, speak and make proposals in the Nominating Committee. SACO has appointed Björn Frostner as its representative and OFR has appointed Jacob Branting as its representative.
The doctoral candidates have appointed Johan Hermansson as their representative. The students have appointed Sofia Åhman as their representative.
The Nominating Committee shall submit a proposal for the holders of these posts to the Head of Faculty Office by 7 September 2026 at the latest for the 2027–2029 term of office.
