Sällskapet Lundajurister/The Lund Law Society

The Lund Law Society/Sällskapet Lundajurister has been the alumni association of the Faculty of Law since 1966. The Society works to build a vibrant network connecting legal professionals, faculty members, and students at the faculty. We are always on the lookout for interesting people or topics that can bring our alumni together.

If you would like to get in touch with the Board, you are welcome to contact us at sallskapet_lundajurister [at] jur [dot] lu [dot] se (sallskapet_lundajurister[at]jur[dot]lu[dot]se).

Much of the information for our alumni is published on our LinkedIn page—feel free to follow us there to stay updated on news and invitations to our events.

Events

Juridikens dag (Law day)

Sällskapet Lundajurister participates in the Faculty of Law’s annual Law Day, usually by hosting a lecture or seminar featuring one or more alumni. Law Day is usually held in September in connection with the Culture Night festival in Lund.

Procedural Law Forum

The Procedural Law Forum is an initiative of Sällskapet Lundajurister. Our aim is to create an inspiring venue for lawyers with an interest in procedural law. The Forum is held once per semester and highlights issues shared across different professional roles. The academic perspective is represented, as are the perspectives of practitioners in various positions.

For the Procedural Law Forum, the Lund Law Society invites attorneys, judges, prosecutors, legal professionals from public authorities, researchers, teachers, doctoral candidates, and students with a particular interest in procedural law.
The working group for the Procedural Law Forum consists of Martin Sunnqvist, Karoline Fridolf, Lotta Maunsbach, Andrea Lindblom, Christina Söderbäck Hedén, and Daniel Fedeli.

Mentorship Programme

Sällskapet Lundajurister, together with the Law Student Association, has offered a mentorship programme for many years. During the 2025/2026 academic year, the mentorship programme will be on pause.

Special Events

The Lund Law Society also organises special events whenever we come across a topic that is likely to be of interest to our members. We are always on the lookout for interesting people or themes that can bring our alumni together. Do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have an idea that you believe would interest our members.
