New Associate Professor of Procedural Law

On 19 September, the Academic Appointments Board decided to appoint Lotta Maunsbach as Associate Professor of Procedural Law.

Lotta Maunsbach received her LL.D. in procedural law in 2015 with a dissertation on the validity of procedural agreements in Swedish law, Agreement on the Right to Judicial Review. Her research interest is particularly focused on civil procedural law and issues that arise in the interface between civil and procedural law. She has a general interest in civil procedure law and a particular interest in procedural issues related to various forms of alternative dispute resolution, in particular arbitration. Lotta has recently initiated a research project on setting aside arbitral awards.
