Niklas Arvidsson new professor of Private Law (Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken’s professorship)

On February 12, the Vice-Chancellor has decided to appoint Niklas Arvidsson a Professor in Private Law at the Faculty of Law.

Niklas Arvidsson's research focuses on commercial law and the law of associations with a particular emphasis on contract law and company law. He has previously worked at Lund University School of Economics and Management (LUSEM), five years as a professor of Business Law, and has broad interests in the interplay between law, economics, social science and philosophy.
