Student from Lund wins prize for her essay from the Swedish Copyright Association

Matilda Hernqvist, who graduated from the law programme in Lund in the spring semester of 2025, has been awarded the Swedish Copyright Association's SFU Prize.

The SFU Prize in copyright and related rights is awarded every year. 

The prize money is SEK 25,000 and was awarded on 9 June at the association's spring closing ceremony. Matilda's thesis supervisor was Ulrika Wennersten. Title of the essay: Upphovsrätt till Brukskonst och Bruksanvisningar - I Ljuset av Konsumentens Rätt till Reparation".
