 oral fellow at Lund University\, titled "Can AI care about patients? A res
 earch journey about trust\, consent\, and liability in digital health". We
  will also have a christmas fika.In this seminar\, which maps Petra’s wo
 rk from the past three years\, she reflects on future perspectives in digi
 tal health and AI. To frame these questions\, she draws on the film "Etern
 al Sunshine of the Spotless Mind"\, where memories flicker like fragile co
 nstellations: erased\, rewritten\, or held desperately close. In digital h
 ealth\, our questions differ in form but not in gravity. What is consent w
 hen the journey of data stretches far beyond what the patient can see? Who
  is liable when responsibility slips quietly between human judgment and al
 gorithmic logic? Throughout her research\, she has explored the shifting l
 andscape where ethics\, law\, and AI meet: the trembling space where conse
 nt must be more than a signature\; where trust must be earned\, not presum
 ed\; and where accountability must not dissolve like the fading memories i
 n the film. And like main characters in the film searching for what must n
 ot be forgotten\, she asks: What just remains untouched in the future of d
