Nytt prejudikat om orsakande i straffrätten

The seminar will discuss the Supreme Court´s judgment of 16 January 2024 in case B 3014-23 ("Dödsorsaken"). Dr Tova Bennet and Associate Professor Lena Wahlberg, both from the Faculty of Law in Lund, will introduce the discussion. Held in Swedish.

It is also possible to participate via zoom.
