Research Grant from the EU for the project FAMIMOVE (3.0)

The European Commission has, thankfully, approved funding of approximately 10 million SEK (892,000 EUR) for the research project FAMIMOVE (3.0). The project builds on the experiences of previous initiatives and focuses on examining the international family law regulations that become relevant when families move within the EU or to the EU from other countries, with a particular emphasis on the vulnerability of children.

The project will begin on 1 March 2026 and is a collaboration between seven European universities, led by Professor Marta Pertegás Sender (Maastricht University). The Lund (Swedish) part of the project will be headed by Professor Ulf Maunsbach, whom you are welcome to contact if you have questions or would like to know more.
