His thesis is entitled Arbitration agreements, "third parties" and step-in clauses – On the scope of the obligation to arbitrate and its legal basis. The scholarship amount for 2026 is SEK 23,500. The award was presented at the graduation ceremony in Lund on 12 June 2026.
Each year, Vinge recognises outstanding degree projects at Sweden’s law schools through the Vinge Scholarship. The scholarship is awarded to law students who have written the year’s most distinguished theses of relevance to business law.
